One of the world’s most recognized and respected real estate brokerages, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty came to us to further transition from offline marketing efforts to a more robust digital marketing initiative. The main objective of the campaign was to generate a large volume of leads to be distributed to their Agents and Relo department.

We recommended a multi-tiered approach to leverage the most cost effective digital channels, as well as uncover any gaps and unseen opportunities. We started with formulating a holistic digital marketing plan inclusive of improving their site structure and search rankings, along with using highly targeted paid search ads and paid social campaigns.
